Visiting Our Websites
A visitor to the Par2Pro website is not required to reveal any individually
identifiable information, such as name, address, or telephone number, nor is such
information collected passively by electronic means. Information is collected
when an individual voluntarily completes an online information request form or
completes an online survey. This information is collected, used or disclosed in a
manner consistent with this Privacy Statement. E-mail addresses are also
collected during the online membership application process.
Our web server collects visitor information in the form of the visitor's
domain and/or Internet Protocol (IP) address as well as information regarding
which pages are accessed. This information is used internally, only in aggregate
form, to better serve visitors by helping us to:
manage our sites
diagnose any technical problems; and
improve the content of our website
Following its use, the information collected is not retained but, rather, is discarded
in a secure manner.
Contests & Promotions
If you enter a contest or participate in a promotion we collect personal information to
process your application and administer the contest. On occasion, we undertake contests
or promotions with sponsors, or we use a third party to assist us in administering a
contest or promotion. In these cases, we share your personal information with these
sponsors or administrators in order for them to assist us in undertaking and administering
