On rare occasions, a unit may be in need of repair. To have your unit repaired please following the instructions listed here:

1. Pre-authorization is required. You may obtain authorization by calling (207) 824-7411.

2. Repairs are offered only on Sports Vision Technologies merchandise. We do not offer/repair any computers, touch screens, Logitech products or other digital camera devices, universal mounts, or projectors.

3. All items must be shipped in a way that will protect the unit from damage during shipment

4. Par2Pro is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

5. All shipping, customs and insurance cost must be prepaid, no CODs accepted.

6. Par2Pro is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment.

7. Allow 30 days for return of repaired items

8. All repairs must be paid for prior to the return of the P3ProSwing™ Sensor Pad to the customer. Any item not paid for in full within 30 days of notification of repair charges becomes the property of Par2Pro.

9. All returns must be shipped via UPS and shipped to the address provided at the time of the phone call.
